Placement Rules
- Never placed mid-paragraph or mid-sentence
- Never placed directly after a heading
- Never placed in paragraphs under 40 words
- Minimum 2-paragraph gap between CTAs
- No duplicate CTA images used
- Maximum 5–10 placements per document
- Distributed across content blocks
- Negative context flags respected
